By accessing and using the Public Office Rating Portal ("the Portal"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.

2. Eligibility

To register and vote, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a Ghanaian citizen or legal resident with a valid Ghana Card
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• Have a valid Ghanaian phone number for OTP verification

3. Voting Rules

• Each registered user may cast one vote per active appointment
• Votes must reflect genuine personal assessment
• Creating multiple accounts to vote more than once is strictly prohibited
• Coordinated campaigns to manipulate ratings are prohibited
• You may withdraw your vote at any time and re-vote on the same active appointment

4. Comments and Feedback

• Comments must be constructive, respectful, and based on genuine opinion
• Defamatory, hateful, abusive, or discriminatory content is prohibited
• Do not post personal identifying information about appointees beyond what is publicly known
• The Portal reserves the right to moderate, hide, or remove any comment
• False allegations presented as fact may result in account suspension

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating fake accounts or using false identity information
• Using automated bots or scripts to submit votes or comments
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Selling, transferring, or sharing account access
• Posting content that violates Ghanaian law

6. Data Accuracy

The Portal aims to provide accurate appointee information. However, we rely on public sources and admin verification. Users may report inaccuracies. We are not liable for any decisions made based on Portal data.

7. Disclaimer

The Portal provides citizen feedback data for transparency and governance accountability purposes. Ratings and rankings represent citizen opinion only and do not constitute official government assessments. The Portal is not affiliated with the Government of Ghana unless explicitly stated.

8. Enforcement

Violations may result in: comment removal, vote invalidation, account suspension, or permanent ban. Serious violations may be referred to relevant authorities.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
