Public dashboards show only aggregated and anonymised data including:

  • Vote counts (not who voted)
  • Regional and demographic breakdowns (grouped, not individual)

  • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text
  • Ghana Card numbers are stored securely and masked in all displays
  • All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
  • Access to personal data is restricted by role-based permissions

6. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account remains active. Vote history is retained for governance research purposes even after withdrawal, but remains anonymised in all public reports. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
