Rating in 4 Simple Steps

Register & Verify

Create an account with your basic details and Ghana Card number. Verify your phone with a one-time code sent via SMS.

Step 2
Find an Appointee

Browse the directory or search for any government appointee. View their profile, current appointment, and existing ratings.

Step 3
Cast Your Vote

Give an overall score from 0–5 and optionally rate across 15 performance categories. Leave a comment explaining your view.

Step 4
See the Results

Your vote joins thousands of others to form public rankings, charts, and governance insights — all aggregated and anonymised.

How Scores Are Calculated

Final Score = (70% × Avg Rating) + (20% × Confidence) + (10% × Trend)

Trend Score — whether rating is improving or declining

Confidence Levels

Confidence level prevents a few votes from unfairly dominating rankings against appointees with thousands of votes.

Your individual vote is never publicly shown. Only aggregated statistics appear on public dashboards.

One Person, One Vote

Phone verification and Ghana Card validation prevent duplicate voting. Each active appointment can only receive one vote per citizen.

Withdraw & Re-vote

You can withdraw your vote at any time and vote again as long as the appointment is still active. Withdrawn votes don't count in rankings.
